Refund policy

We care about your satisfaction — and we’ve made returns and exchanges easy.

All we ask is that you return the product in its original packaging and in its original condition, so we can continue offering great service to all our customers.

1. Return Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will take full responsibility:

  • Free Returns/Exchanges: We provide free returns or exchanges for any defective items.

  • Shipping Costs: Genco will cover all shipping costs associated with replacing a defective or damaged product.

  • Reporting: Please notify us of the defect within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email.

3. Standard Returns (Non-Defective)

If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect (e.g., change of mind):

  • Condition: The product must be in its original packaging and original condition.

  • Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
