Shipping policy

1. Processing & Delivery Speed

• Delivery Time: All orders are typically delivered within 3–4 working days (Sunday – Thursday).
• Peak Seasons: During public holidays or high-volume periods, please allow an additional 1–2 working days for delivery.

2. Standard Shipping Rates

• Cairo & Giza:
  • FREE on all orders above EGP 750.
  • A flat fee of EGP 80 applies to orders below EGP 750.
• Other Areas (Standard Items):
  • A flat fee calculated upon checkout applies to all standard shipping orders outside of Cairo and Giza.

3. Heavy-Duty & Bulky Items

Due to their weight and specialized handling, racks and large gear have specific delivery rates:

• Cairo & Giza: FREE.
• Alexandria: EGP 100.
• North Coast (Seasonal): Available for bulky items at a flat rate of EGP 200.
